libredirect outdated list, remove nitter.cz? #1202

https://github.com/libredirect/browser_extension is using Nitter frontend apparently and listing site like https://nitter.cz/ I thought that it is getting the list of sites from you? If so, can you please remove nitter.cz no longer working site from the list?
