Understanding the project layout. #8

@zedshaw You have mentioned in the README that you would "work up instructions on installing this beast". Were you able to get that done yet?

My question is, I can understand the "webapp" folder within since it is Django. I got it up and running with Django 1.2, and have upgraded it to Django 1.6 on my machine.

I am not able to grasp the rest of the directories and the files present. If you could have the instructions up describing how to put the pieces together, that will help me in contributing even further.

Quick instructions on building, testing and running would be nice :).
