The use of T for TRUE in pssbounds is not optimal #4

While possible, using T instead of TRUE is strongly discouraged, as T is not a reserved keyword and can easily be overwritten. This is corrected in commit https://github.com/JoFAM/nardl/commit/2c4d9ce8546631e3e49cefcf0d4f6ae2418be863
