Mircea experienced getting the same word twice (different contexts, but same original word with the same translation). This presents an opportunity to refactor the exercises slightly where we can get different contexts for the same bookmark.
This would also allow us to mark both as learned, rather than the user having two do 2 different bookmarks / series of exercises, for the same word pair.
This might be important for how we continue to redesign exercises @merleschoen
