Option to Scale UI icons #37

Currently ui elements do not scale with the monarch's width setting:

It would be nice if icons get equally larger when cards are set to be higher than 200px wide

I'll probably make it a separate setting. So you can choose larger cards, small icons, and fit more icons on the cards. Or make it all big for readability. Or a small for space.
