dbus-macros: Copy dbus macros verbosely. #20

dbus-macros is deprecated, and as such not present in repositories, and also not going to be packaged by anyone.

However, porting to dbus-sys means extra dependencies, and longer build times. This change pulls in dbus-macros directly because it's short. As a result, there are less dependensies.

I know, I'm the one who deprecated it. :)

Given that I'm the maintainer of both, I don't think this is desirable (at least from my POV). The correct fix here would be to port to zbus also written and maintained by yours truly. :)
