Cannot download full vsitu_all_11_frames_feats.zip #2

I am trying to download vsitu_all_11_frames_feats. However, when I download from the Microsoft 365 link, it always downloads ~ 14GB out of the 50.5GB before aborting the download. Does anyone know how to get the full zip file?
