Unable to exit "scrolling mode" after mouse wheel click #13

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to a vertically scrollable page (eg. http://www.zehfernandes.com/jquery.fullContent/#documentation)
  2. Click mouse wheel button to enable "scrolling mode"

Effect:

Tested on Chrome 46. Same on Canary.
