code in head tag

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.how i can edit html type ?
2.how to include files in head
3.how to add meta tags in head

Please provide any additional information below.
i wanna add meta tag in head box
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

so please developer help asap . .. thank you so much for this php desktop

Please ask questions on the PHP Desktop Forum.

This sounds more of a question on how to produce a web page. You are better 
trying some other forum for asking for such things. PHP Desktop is about 
deploying web apps on a desktop.

but desktop php auto generating html and head tags i wanna add meta tag in head 
so web i add meta tag in file its appear in body not in head so .. how i can do 
i wanna make my content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8 ....
your php desktop chrome generating content type to only text/html
