Where is UVM 1.0 Beta 4? #7

There are Release Notes about 1.0 Beta 4, but in download section only Beta 3.

Release notes will always be available prior to release. I update them as I 
update the code. If you are tech-saavy you can use SVN to update to the current 
non-release work version. Otherwise you will have to wait for full release.

Note: Work versions have not been tested and may have unpredictable results.
