Add new categories for markets dropdown #1442

In addition to the ones we already have (Politics, Crypto, Dotsama, Zeitgeist, Technology, Science, News, Sports, E-Sports), I would also suggest the following: Military/Defense, Economy, Finance, Entertainment, Climate, Art/Literature, Social Trends, Legal/Regulatory. We could also have additional tags for hot topics: U.S. politics, Ukraine War, Space Exploration, Artifical Intelligence, Memes.

This should not be done right now due to the lack of markets on the platform. Feel free to put on hold for now.

Let's put this on the agenda for the next AC meeting. We should make sure the categories always have markets in them, or we replace those categories for ones with markets. Suggestions: Social Media, Finance
