What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Overclock & undervolt
2. Close or uninstall

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The p-states don´t return to defaults and the cpu always stay in b0-state.
I found a solution, hard reset the bios and changing randomly the CPU speed 
settings in the Vision Engine control.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.5 x64/Windows 7 Ult x64

Please provide any additional information below.

yes, it seems that turbo remains stuck (aside from the fact that it cannot be 
disabled in the first place) even after uninstall and restart, so the only 
P-states are P0 and P1
i notice this in core temp ...
but the defaults are restored actually - just turbo is still stuck... i have to 
k10stat a profile to fix it, and restart will make it return to turbo state and 
P0 p1 only, so repeat k10stat I have to do, as a workaround.

I will check, if something with the turbo reset routine isn't working properly. 
Furthermore, I believe, it could also be an interaction with CCC (Catalyst 
Control Center), since this can affect APU registers too.

you may be right, as I still have CCC installed from lenovo's site (using 
Lenovo IdeaPad Z575 with A6-3400M cpu(apu), btw)
There was a youtube video which used your program and suggested uninstalling 
ccc but i didn't pay much attention to that... I took it as a side note on how 
to update video drivers
