Dead links in public-packages.md #429

Description

Currently package links in public-packages.md are broken. I think I want the links to point to the respective folders in the project.

Example broken link: github.com/zekroTJA/shinpuru/pkg/validators results in https://github.com/zekroTJA/shinpuru/blob/master/docs/pkg/validators
