Fix broken package links #430

Well, this is actually an issue of the script gen-package-descriptions.py, which actually generates the document docs/public-packages.md which is then injected into the README.md with the update-readme.sh script.

Same problem with the scripts gen-requirements-be.py and gen-requirements-fe.py.

Therefore I would consider to fix the scripts and regenerate the whole thing using the update-readme.sh script, because it would overwrite the changes in the mentioned markdown documents anyway.
