deploy clean artifact to clojars #8

When downloading v0.9.3 from Clojars you get a pretty big 1.7MB jar. https://clojars.org/nano-id

Resulting size should be around 10KB.

Even less ~6KB. Thanks so much, I will fix it soon.

Fixed it in 0.10.0.
