What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start programs as administrator or not.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
program start.

CLR error: 80004005.
The program will now terminate.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.1
                Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Please provide any additional information below.

Program refuses to run either normally or as administraitor.

This is not a problem in 3dsexplorer...closed.
