Chests I cannot verify #108

I haven't figured out how to unlock or get to these chests. Showing up at the coordinates specified reveals nothing.

Appears to just be affecting this region. I wonder if it's related to how I've already done the Fire Temple. image

Completed the Water Temple, might be that these are only available beforehand.
