Move entry #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a page
2. Put it in the wrong folder
3. Try to move it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected that I should be able to move it intuitively, but it's not intuitive.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current version as of 2/7/2011.  Mac OSX on up-to-date chrome.

Please provide any additional information below.
Additionally, it would be nice to have a + button that would allow me to add a 
folder and possibly a 4-way arrow to move files around in folders.
