"DOM Eraser" doesn't do anything #9

I saved a page, opened it and got the scrapbook bar at the bottom.

When I click on the "DOM Eraser" button, it gets an outline. Selecting text 
before clicking doesn't do anything. Clicking on parts of the web page when the 
outline is visible doesn't do anything. Dragging the button into the page 
doesn't do anything.

Chromium 17.0.963.79
