Rectangle drawing #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run the project
2.Open a presentation
3.Draw a rectangle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Entire rectangle would be drawn; however, top line of the rectangle is not 
drawn.

When I increase the penWidth, top line starts to be drawn.
