Magnification Issues:

1) Magnifies pop-out window overlaps image after screen size of 1650px at link below but this varies from image to image http://waterlee.jakesharp.co/demo19/vip/geometric-candle-holders.html mag

It seems that this issue occurs for images with a greater height compared to width i.e. http://waterlee.jakesharp.co/demo19/vip/lexington-cardigan-sweater.html

Where the width is larger than the height it does not seem to occur http://waterlee.jakesharp.co/demo19/vip/madison-rx3400.html

2a) The magnifier pop-out window is not needed if the image is already displayed at 100%, because it duplicates the image in a smaller window, which becomes redundant and unnecessarily obstructs other elements on the page (viewed at 1694px). http://waterlee.jakesharp.co/demo19/vip/lexington-cardigan-sweater.html

2b) On-picture zoom (magnifying glass) also does not add value at 641px to 550px (550px is a subjective estimation, there must be documentation somewhere on when it actually becomes helpful 80%, 90% of picture size displayed?)

2c) Recommend suggestion: Set zoom to 2x or min 1.5x to add value when using zoom (see point 4a, 4b). IMO customers what to magnify the image to better see how small elements like buttons, or writing (i.e. labels) look on the image/product. Not sure how this would affect different screen sizes when the picture is small. What do you think about this?

3) Screen width of 640, 641 still result in the zoom pop-out window displaying almost completely off the screen. On picture zoom should be used instead. http://waterlee.jakesharp.co/demo19/vip/lexington-cardigan-sweater.html

4) Boarders of the on-picture zoom (magnifying glass) overlaps the right and bottom border of the image (viewed at 500px width)

More Views Issues:

5) Arrow on the more views container below the image are displayed only when the mouse is to the right of the container (view at 970px). It is best to display these arrows only when the mouse is on the container http://waterlee.jakesharp.co/demo19/vip/madison-rx3400.html

6) The scroll right arrow moves the more views image thumbnail over when there is no need to do so (i.e. both image thumbnails are displayed but when the arrow is clicked only one will be display) possibly because of right margin or padding on the last image thumbnail.

7) Gutter too large between image thumbnails on the more views container http://waterlee.jakesharp.co/demo19/women/new-arrivals/lafayette-convertible-dress.html

Write Your Own Review:

8) Please, do not display the write a review section by default when the page is loaded, only when the add your review link is clicked. Perhaps use an open up accordion style for this section or a tab. User experience should be focused on the product and this takes up half the page of every product page.

The RWD theme does a somewhat decent job with this by putting the review in a tab, which is more mobile friendly. http://enterprise-demo.user.magentotrial.com/lafayette-convertible-dress.html http://enterprise-demo.user.magentotrial.com/review/product/list/id/425/category/10/#review-form

9) It does not appear that there is a review limit selector i.e. if there are 400 reviews they will all show on the page?

Related/ Upsell Products:

10) Suggest having these outside of the tab windows, because this results in immediate exposure without the user clicking on anything i.e. the relate tab (as it stands now), and besides what user is going to click on the word upsell...maybe they will click on related but it is better to display these automatically at the bottom of the screen. The following theme is an example setup. http://ultimo.infortis-themes.com/demo/default/women/shirts/dress1.html

The related products even auto slide on the product and homepage.

My Cart Button:

11) Does not sum total the number of units i.e. if two units of the same camera are purchased, the my cart button will only display (1) http://waterlee.jakesharp.co/demo19/madison-rx3400.html

My Cart Canvas Slide:

12) There is an input quantity box, but the user cannot modify the quantity from the canvas slide if they input a value. This would confuse/frustrate the user. Is an update cart button missing? Can the total price for the line item change automatically on the canvas slide after a value is entered ...without even the need of pressing tab or enter after typing a value? That would be great.

My Account Button:

13) Is not centred vertically. This will most likely be the first issue people observe when looking at the demo.

Hope these are helpful.
