ERROR: Unknown command 'compile' trying to compile

Environment:
android-sdk-windows-1.0_r1
IDEA 7.0.3 (7757)
JDK 1.6.0.1
Windows XP

Steps to reproduce it:
1. Create a new Project with android
2. Create an Activity
3. Right Click and source code and select "Run ..."

The following message error appear:
