Are there any plans to update this plugin to support the 1.0 release of the
Android SDK?

I'm also very interested in getting the plugin to support Android 1.0.  I'm 
running
IntelliJ 7.0.4 and android-sdk-mac_x86-1.0_r1, but it won't build / run.  I get 
an
"ERROR Unknown command 'compile'" message.  I think it's related to the comment 
made
by "t.greenwoodgeer" on the getting started document.  Thanks!

That's because the AAPT tool argument has changed from "compile" to "package" 
Several other command line 
options changed as well, shouldn't be too hard to fix. I successfully patched 
the android-maven plugin to work 
with SDK 1.0r1

I have the same problem with IDEA 7.0.5 on windows and the android windows SDK. 
With
IDEA 8, the plugin won't even install.
