Have synergies block items #16

Idea:

Have synergy (from the alignment, synergy, archetype files) handle blocking of other items basically if taking of a feat or such blocks you from another, have this information stored in synergy.

Issue was originally listed in jsonREADME by Vin in 58bdaf5.
