.ssh/id_rsa.pub files not generating #5

I'm unsure how to get the public key to generate. I'm using Forge version 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2854 and mod version voting-1.12.2-1.4.0. I am not using Sponge. Here is my startup log: https://pastebin.com/rtD1ew3Q

Okay this seems to be an occurring problem for people. I shall take a look at this over the weekend
