Add support for stack #12

Changes:

Relax aeson and lens version boundaries
Conditional compilation for reduntant import in Setup.hs (in 7.10 Control.Applicative is a part of Prelude)
Stack file with single extra dependency for validation package

It looks ok to me, i'll look at what i can do to fixup those broken builds, i thought it was a haskell-src-exts problem but i'm not so sure now

@NCrashed Sorry im taking so long to merge this in, but i really want to sort out the travis issues first, is this holding anything back for you? If so i can sort out the build issues with master afterwards
