Improve dump Screen Action

Currently the DumpScreen action, doesn't dump the screen, but the pane.

I think it would be better if we could change what should be dumped:

• Dump: region: Pane, path: [Path] Would be the current behaviour.
• Dump: region: Screen, path: [Path] Would dump the whole screen.
• Dump: region: Tab: path: [Path] Would dump all panes inside of the viewport. (In the default layout this would exclude the tab-bar and status-bar).

With default being the pane region,meaning: Dump: path: [Path] would be the same as it's current behaviour.

Dump is a little bit unclear, I find. While I understand that DumpScreen might be a little confusing, I think it's clearer than just Dump. Maybe we can find another name?

Does DumbScreen support ANSI? I think it doesn't so you could add that
