Completely disable pane lines #3198

Like https://github.com/zellij-org/zellij/issues/2180 but no separators what so ever. I cannot afford to waste any horizontal screen estate because of column 80.

completely disable pane lines is the best minimalist setup :+1: is this possible ? thanks
