Not working in windows 10 #3

It works in all borwsers that I have found but its not working in windows 10 Edge browser

Hi

What I am seeing is when I type in the field the placeholder overwrites my input, in some instances does not move to its adapted position.

See attached image, I implemented it and it worked great in most browsers except Microsoft Edge, I then checked against the codepen demo with Edge and it was the same
