WIP: Update Modularscale to 3 #49

Tried to resolve #44. Unfortunately, my knowledge stops on how exactly typi calls ms. Tests are not passing. I hope someone could help resolve it.

Bower is really outdated and should be removed. This also removes bower dependencies.

@kbariotis: Awesome, thanks for your work! I am really looking forward to using latest modularscale (which also got some pow/libsass issues fixed).

@zellwk: Any chances this will be merged soon (and a new release published)?

I won't be able to look at this for a while No bandwidth to do so at the moment. I'll get back to this as soon as I can (I don't know when it'll be though, but please rest assured I'll come back to this; I use Typi in my work regularly, and I'd like to keep it updated).
