Upgrade to Coqui STT #5

Hi there @zelo 👋

Very cool project you have here -- I used it a decent amount back in the deepspeech days!

You might not know, but Coqui STT is the new, actively maintained fork of DeepSpeech. It would be a fairly easy upgrade, and the new Coqui v1.2.0 model is much more accurate than the old DeepSpeech models 😄

@JRMeyer Thanks for information, I will take a look at that and may consider updating the project in some spare time :).
