Remains highlighted with fixed position elements #28

Current: screen shot 2014-10-31 at 2 22 37 pm After scrolling down screen shot 2014-10-31 at 2 22 45 pm Powerlife logo isn't highlighted anymore. After: screen shot 2014-10-31 at 2 23 02 pm After scrolling down screen shot 2014-10-31 at 2 23 09 pm It's still highlighted

This is at http://www.powderlife.com. I tried increasing with the z-index of the fixed elements, so that it's above the marked images, but that broke a website with a parallax image that was position:fixed. So I decided to settle on just leaving that image highlighted for now.

Are there other position:fixed issues you've encountered?
