Upgrade quickstart to Sentry 8.x #10

Latest sentry version is 8.1.2 plus Openshift runtimes has changed since last update afaik.

Hi @zemanel, I managed to setup your quickstart in order to use Sentry (8.7.0) BUT Openshift kills installation process during database setup (Postgress 9.2). I guess because Sentry database creation exceeds free memory quota.

If you are interested I can update my fork and you could have a look and perhaps figure out/ guide me how can we solve it.
