nothing happens after CACHE time #319

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use TimThumb to resize images
2. Wait 24 hours
3. See that the cache folder has not been cleanred

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 - files older than 1 day should be deleted

Or am I wrong in thinking that this is how this should work?  I'd love to have 
my cache cleared every week or so, and thought the config file already included 
this option.
