Unable to update. #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. clicking setup.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
During the installation I get an information about unavailable network 
resource-> see attachment.
After clicking "cancel" next window with "unable to uninstall old version..." 
and installer is shutting down.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Cannot update since 4.4.5.0
XP Pro 32

Hello can you try copying the installer to the desktop or root of the c drive 
and run it from there?

no luck with both ideas.
but...
i've noticed the window shows up juuust two pixel before the end of second pass 
of the progress bar and right after a new iSpy icon appears on the desktop. So 
before clicking  "cancel" i clicked iSpy - version 4.5.4.0 appeared and 
installer crashed. 
guess it's solved.

well... to fast, after restart it's back to 4.4.5.0 .

ok, guess it was a bit brute force but instead of hitting "cancel" i've killed 
all instances of "msiexec" in Task Manager.

Did the trick, updated and working.
