Recording playback shows still image only #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any video clip recorded on motion sensing will not play back properly
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see a movie, instead clip is stuck on a still image

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.6.6.0 on Win7 64

Please provide any additional information below.
