use github actions #561

As promised here is the move from Travis CI to GitHub Actions. Let me if you like it. Then we can merge and live happy with the new workflow.

Coveralls is currently broken. Do we still want to use it?

We can probably remove it (or replace it with another service), but we still need a test for coverage so if it goes down we get some kind of notice.

Hi guys,

Sorry for the radio silence. Got the flu and had been a few days off. The problem is not adding the pipeline. The problem is adding the secret to auto-deploy.

I'll create a PR with what I have :)
