Add planet formation #22

Add planet formation term to astration of metals and dust.

Read in planet formation parameters from input file.

Allow longer input filenames and SFH files to allow differentiation between different planet formation models.

Can someone please check that my changes look correct. There is also probably a neater way to calculate the planets variable, maybe it should be its own function, or in the astration function?
