What happened?

When in Full Screen the Organise Windows is Activated

I am in Windows 11 x64

This does not happen in Mozilla Firefox when in full screen.

Reproducible?

[X] I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.

Also when moving and clicking the buttons on the edges in full screen the tool tips from the hidden title bar is shown:

When you get the menu out this area has the minimize button.

When you get the menu out this area has the close button.

Also clicking this area sometimes conflict with the website behaviors and triggers underlying window behavior.

In Windows when the tile bar is hidden and you click on the top right corner, the clicks result in the title bar action buttons being activated, even this is actually hidden. That is the button hotspots remain active.
