What happened?
When the tab bar is collapsed, when opening a new tab, the bookmarks get placed above the top tab, shifting all the tabs down. To make this more consistent, the bookmarks should be shifted right so that the position of the tabs does not shift down when opening a new tab. Otherwise, it is easy to click the wrong tab if you switch back and forth.
Reproducible?
[X] I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
