What happened?

Pressing Ctrl + Shift + B does not show or hide the bookmarks toolbar.

Some shortcuts also don't work, like compact mode toggle, etc... despite having set them to different shortcuts.

Problem persists in Troubleshoot mode.

Reproducible?

[X] I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.

1.0.1-a.4 (64-bit)
