Issue where closing the last tab in Private Browsing does not close the window but switches to a Pinned Tab

What happened?

Hello,

There is a bug that has appeared since the recent update when using Private Browsing.

1. I pressed Ctrl+Shift+P to open a Private Browsing window.

2. The UI changed to the Private Browsing interface.

3. Pinned Tabs appeared above the New Tab.

4. I closed the current tab by pressing Ctrl+W.

   • At this point, since I didn't click on any Pinned Tab, I expected that closing the current tab would close the current Private Window.

5. However, instead of closing the current tab and the Private Browser window, it switches to a Pinned Tab. The UI also changes from the Private Browsing UI to the regular Browsing UI.

I definitely think this is strange. Is this a bug?

Pinned tab, fixed in incognito window? Fixed in normal window? Are you using an incognito window? Are you using the zen private_browsing browser?

I'm also facing the exact issue and am surprised no one else is talking about it, as this is super annoying.
