Cannot close or move pop-up login windows

What happened?

I just updated the Zen Browser to the newest version 1.0.1-a.18 and it turns out that I cannot close or move popup windows used for signups:

After signup they are redirected to some URL and frozen.

Also when it self-closes (eg. window.close()) it does not close, but opens the first pinned tab from main

Close issue is a duplicate of #2985

I also have the problem of not being able to move popups on Windows as the header doesn't have anywhere to click and drag to move the popup.
