[Feature] Update check improvements #738

What happened?

I would like Zen to:

  1. Not automatically check for updates for the rest of the day if I have dismissed an update alert
  2. In Settings, provide the option to completely disable automatic update checks forever or for a configurable amount of time (6 hours, 1 day, 1 week, etc.)

Note that I'm not discouraging updates, just aggressive automatic update checks. Thanks!
