List of possible enhancements to adapt from Achillite

[x] Improve positioning of teleported vehicles
[ ] Garrison enhancements:
- [ ] Option for only using inside or outside positions
- [ ] Randomize watch directions
[ ] Vanilla surrender
[x] Set deleteGroupWhenEmpty when group is placed

I would love to see the HALO-Teleport fuction added again. As far as i know, there is currently no alternative for it in ZEN.

This task list is for Achillite, not Achilles. Better make a separate feature request.
