Weather Module - Add Snow Option(s) #681

Is your feature request related to a problem? Since 2.10 it's possible to make it snow instead of rain within the basegame. See setRain.

Solution you'd like: Some control options being added to the weather module for snow, even if it's just a "Yes/No" option.
