If 2 factions have the same name, then they are combined into one faction in Zeus. (Example: Russia 2035 and Russia Aegis or CUP and Atlas). This only works with single units. The faction groups are divided into several

I want the factions from different mods not to become one. This makes you get confused and put the wrong units

These trees are handled in engine and, while there might be a hacky way to change this behaviour, I don't think this is something that will be done in ZEN.
