Send to specific option #245

Per a specific message in a specific chat we would like to :

  1. add to message menu the option to send to a predefined number ( a bot we use called Fredo)
  2. when choosing this option it will enable the fw message to be sent with a predefined data the number and defined 5 options of data added will be configurable via zen menu: add to zen menu option - set Fredo's number ( and user will add number) add : set your lists and user can fill up to five lists ( for example :list 1 name: priority 1)
