Use ${Contest.Name} directly in codeRoot. Render codeRoot using template #83

This is what we decided to do in #82. By making the codeRoot folder set the default template output folder, it will be easier to change the output for all templates.

An issue is that people migrating to a release with this commit might end with folders like SRM 597/OtherPath/x.cpp if they customized the template paths and didn't override codeRoot.
