Merge cpp11 and cpp "test" templates. Multi process "test" c++ template

This brings tweaks to the old "test" template.

• Removed cpp11.cpp.tmpl as that behaviour is now an option.
• Added multi process capability like in "filetest".

It seems good compared to the old one. Benefited by template options :-)
